Fraud Alert

We have been alerted to fraudsters posing as recruiters using Pinpoint Asia’s logos and fake/fraudulent business cards to entice potential job applicants to reveal sensitive information and/or to participate in fraudulent schemes to earn money.

If you come across a suspicious person or incident, please do not respond but make a note of their contacts, mobile number, or email and call us at +852 2375 5000 or email us at fraud@pinpointasia.com. We will be able to verify our recruiters’ identities and report such fraudulent activities to the police.

How To Recognise A Fraudulent Scam

What we do:

Please note that our primary focus is placing technology professionals (CTOs, software programmers/architects, etc.) into full-time positions with established and reputable employers such as investment banks, commercial/retail banks, insurance companies, hedge funds, tech startups, and so on.

What we don’t do:

We DO NOT engage in or offer any type of part-time work schemes, cold-calling schemes, work-from-home schemes, and so on for any of our candidates. We also NEVER ask candidates for money or any type of monetary payment.

If someone purporting to be from our company offers you these roles, beware that it is highly likely a scam.
