Josh commenced his career in the field of technology recruitment in 2018 and subsequently joined Pinpoint Asia in 2022. In his role as a 360 Recruitment Partner, Josh specializes in facilitating connections between top-tier Investment Banks, Fintech/Blockchain Companies, Insurance firms, Startups, and other entities within the tech industry, and exceptional talent.

His area of expertise primarily revolves around sourcing professionals for various IT roles, including Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, Head of IT/Engineering, Tech Lead, Delivery Lead, and Software Engineer.

Beyond his responsibilities in tech recruitment, Josh also utilizes his hiring proficiency as an Internal Talent Acquisition consultant. In this capacity, he supports Pinpoint Asia in building adept recruitment teams in Hong Kong and Singapore, ensuring the implementation of a robust talent acquisition strategy and the presence of skilled Tech Recruiters to excel in the competitive tech landscape.

In addition to his recruitment profession, Josh is a well-trained dancer with expertise in Jazz, Contemporary, and Fire dance. Furthermore, he actively engages in organizing wellness retreat events in Hong Kong.
