Andrew is a recruitment industry veteran and Co-founder and Chairman of Pinpoint Asia. He is the strategic leader behind Pinpoint Asia’s mission to be the dominant specialist technology recruitment firm in the Asia Pacific region.
He has spent his entire career in the recruitment industry, first in New York City and subsequently in his hometown of Hong Kong. He has successfully completed numerous senior-level assignments on behalf of a long list of prestigious sell-side and buy-side clients including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Barclay’s Capital, UBS, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank and SAC Capital.
Andrew is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. where he received a double BA in Economics and English Literature. He is passionate about helping his clients build great teams and pinpointing the best people in the industry. He is an avid serial entrepreneur and property investor.
