Production Support - Global Financial Institution

My client, a global financial institution is looking for Production Support for its core electronic trading applications and systems

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, maintain, and resolve issues related to the trading applications and systems in the production environment

• Conduct regular examinations and inspections on software applications and systems to guarantee adherence to quality and performance criteria

• Deploy, verify, and validate patches, enhancements, and modifications seamlessly

• Collaborate with an international team spanning across various continents

• Record and communicate progress on tasks, offering insights and recommendations for enhancements

Requirements:

• Well-versed in incident management

• Fluent verbal and written communication in English

• Prior experience in supporting a UNIX-based electronic trading environment

• Basic networking concepts

Ideally proficient in Perl, Python, or Shell script
