Our client is looking for an IT Systems Support Professional for the organization.

Responsibilities
Delivers advanced remote and on-site support for desktop infrastructure, enterprise software, email systems, printers, mobile devices, and network services
Manages precise workstation deployments and relocations
Configures IT and audiovisual systems for executive meeting environments
Escalates complex issues to higher-tier technical teams as required
Enhances organizational knowledge by contributing to repositories, leading training sessions, and facilitating forums
Produces and maintains SLA-aligned performance analytics and dashboards
Executes additional IT tasks as assigned
Collaborates with vendors and facilities teams to resolve hardware and conferencing issues efficiently
Maintains accurate hardware and software asset records
Oversees cybersecurity patch deployment across enterprise endpoints
Upholds service delivery targets and IT governance frameworks
Adheres to cybersecurity and risk management policies

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field
2–3 years of progressive experience in a technical support role
Proficiency with enterprise ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
In-depth knowledge of desktop systems, software suites, mobile technologies (iOS, Android, Mac OS), and network operations
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Exceptional stakeholder communication; fluency in written and spoken English
Expertise in ITIL principles and incident management processes
Strong analytical abilities for performance reporting
Self-directed, detail-oriented, and effective in team settings
Superior documentation and organizational skills
Competency in Active Directory, virtual desktop environments (AVD/WVD), SharePoint, and Intune
Audiovisual system experience (preferred)
