IT Security Analyst - Leading Investment Bank

Our client is a leading player in the Investment Banking industry and is seeking a talented IT Security Analyst to join the First Line Defense team. As an IT Security Analyst, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the systems and data against cyber threats, ensuring the security and integrity of the bank's operations.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and managing IT security tools in identity access management, network intrusion detection systems, endpoint protection, email security, data leakage protection, and application security.

• Conducting regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.

• Monitoring security incidents and responding promptly to mitigate risks and minimize impact.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

• Providing technical expertise and guidance on security best practices to enhance overall security posture.

• Keeping abreast of the latest security trends and technologies to proactively address emerging threats.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience in implementing and managing IT security tools, such as identity access management, network intrusion detection systems, endpoint protection, email security, data leakage protection, and application security.

• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and regulations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, are a plus.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience working in the financial services industry.

• Familiarity with cloud security technologies and practices.

• Knowledge of threat intelligence and incident response.

• Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools.

• Fluency in Chinese and English languages.
