IT Project Manager - Insurance Technology

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects within the Insurance Technology division, specifically catering to HNW and UHNW business clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management within the insurance industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects focused on insurance technology solutions for HNW and UHNW clients.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.

• Manage project resources, timelines, and risks to ensure successful project completion.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.

• Implement best practices in project management, ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements.

• Continuously evaluate project performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within the insurance technology sector.

• Strong understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in servicing HNW and UHNW clients.

• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide project teams.

• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
