Embrace a pivotal role with our client, a large enterprise with a massive IT budget, as the IT Finance Lead, where you'll champion financial integrity, drive operational enhancements, and provide indispensable support to the organization's strategic initiatives. With a focus on collaboration and seamless communication, you'll orchestrate financial processes across departments, ensuring alignment with the organizational objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Planning:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to craft robust budget plans that align with the organization's strategic vision.

  • Provide insightful financial analysis to guide forecasting and budgeting decisions, fostering a culture of informed financial stewardship.

 

Financial Oversight and Reporting:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering expert financial guidance to project stakeholders and leadership.

  • Ensure adherence to financial standards and governance protocols, delivering accurate and actionable insights to inform strategic direction.

 

Programme Coordination:

  • Forge strong partnerships with Corporate Finance, HR, and Programme Teams to streamline financial reporting processes.

  • Act as a liaison with Finance, ensuring alignment with governance standards and prompt resolution of financial concerns.

 

Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring:

  • Empower department heads and project managers with timely, data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Track and report on key financial performance indicators, enabling proactive adjustments to optimize programme delivery.

 

Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead efforts to enhance financial management practices.

  • Drive a culture of innovation and efficiency, implementing changes to elevate our organizational financial capabilities.

 

Talent Development and Leadership:

  • Attract, develop, and retain top-tier financial talent, cultivating a high-performing team dedicated to organizational success.

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of trust, respect, and accountability.

 

About You:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Finance, complemented by over a decade of financial management experience.

  • Preference for qualifications as a chartered accountant or Certified Practicing Accountant, coupled with project management expertise.

  • Possess a strategic mindset with a proven track record of driving analytical insights to support organizational objectives.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in financial planning & and analysis, with a keen understanding of business strategies and risk management principles.

  • Exceptional communication skills in English, supplemented by proficiency in Cantonese and Putonghua, are preferred.

  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities, with a focus on ethical decision-making and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
