
Our client, a leading global investment bank, is looking for a proven Windows Security Engineer to join their Critical Infrastructure team.
Responsibilities:
– Provide hands-on engineering and support for Windows-based servers and desktops.
– Maintain security infrastructure, applications, tools with suitable policies, process, and procedures.
– Incident Management including change management and problem management.
– Develop scripting and automation.
– Work closely with the global team across different countries.
Required Skills:
– 5+ years, hands-on Windows engineering experience in a complex technical environment (preferably global).
– Solid understanding of security and administration (concepts and technologies) including:
• In-depth Windows OS knowledge (down to the debugging level) on Windows Desktop and Server 2008 – 2012.
• In-depth experience with Active Directory, GPO, authentication and domain controllers.
• Automation (scripting) using Powershell, VBScript or .NET.
• Experience with any security products (Anti-Virus and/or Symantec Endpoint) a plus.
• Good fundamental knowledge on infrastructure (DNS/WINS/TCPIP/Routing/Firewall).
– Excellent spoken and written communication. Fluent English is required.
– Motivated self-starter with a passion for learning.
