Responsibilities:
– To provide first level support for all the Windows OR Linux and Unix environments
– System Admin work (setting up accounts, etc) on a Windows OR Linux platform, this person will be responsible for investigating and diagnosing production issues or outages and responding in a timely fashion. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain procedures to company standards
– Perform analysis on current systems and make recommendation on tactical and strategic solutions for Network, System and Storage Environment
– Review, classify, prioritize, and analyze problematic situations and escalate as necessary
– Work effectively with management to determine project requirements
– Provide standard coverage hours

Qualified Candidate Will Possess:
– Engineering degree from a reputed University
– Excellent English, Cantonese a plus
– Experience in administration of Windows OR Red Hat Linux 4 and 5 and Solaris 9 and 10
– Proficiency and working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
– Scripting experience such as Perl Programming or Unix shell scripting very desirable
– 1-4 years of total experience
