Our client, a leading firm with one of the strongest global brands is now looking for a Web Development Lead to join their team.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team that works very closely in an international environment.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the design and development team globally to create and prototype web & user interfaces using HTML, CSS, Javascript / jQuery / AJAX and ASP.NET; whilst simultaneously maintaining the firm’s global brand and image.
– Test user interfaces compliance across multiple web browsers, mobile devices, and tablets.
– Drive improvements to user experience and best practices.  Adopt the latest web technologies.
– Support the ongoing content change and functional updates with the global online marketing team.
– Research the best technologies to host the websites (CMS, Cloud platform etc), and the latest technologies to give the best user experience to visitors.

Requirements:
– 6+ years experience in the design and development of user interfaces, ideally with a small team management experience.
– Strong experience using HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery, AJAX and ASP.NET.
– Strong knowledge of design principles, usability, web standards, and responsive design.
– Development experience using ASP.NET and Visual Studio.
– Native application development, CMS (exp. Magento / Kentico) and SVN source control experience a big plus.
– Experience with AWS Cloud platform is a big plus.
– Strong communication skills in English to work with global stakeholders
– Bachelor degree from a reputable University.
