Our client, a global prestige Private Wealth Management Group is looking for a young and bright Business Analyst on their ongoing Trading Platform delivery. The selected candidate will be working with various business and technology stakeholders in driving trading platform technology projects. Fanatics exposure and growth potential.

Responsibilities:
– Manage business analysis on Wealth Management Trading platform projects delivery.
– Provide business analysis, feasibility study on solutions, and document functional specifics.
– Analyse and understand the technology interface for integration and connections.
– Work with different businesses and technology teams in supporting the technology projects being delivered to the front-to-back-office trading.
– Produce and maintain concise business and functional specifications, business workflow documentation, user guides, and other materials.
– Work with the business to ensure the system is being delivered according to the plan and requirements.
– Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth delivery and transition.

Requirements:
– Around 5 – 8 years of working experience in a Business Analyst role ideally with Financial Trading systems exposure.
– Business experience in the financial industry across Private Wealth, Investment Banking would be a great plus.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Good technical experience in SDLC and Project Lifecycle.
– Strong organizational skills to manage multiple demands and changing priorities.
– The ability to confidently communicate information to different audiences with different backgrounds.
– Great personality to work effectively with different levels of stakeholders.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of working in an international environment.
– Bachelor’s degree from a reputed University
