My client, a leading bank is looking for a Voice Network Support Manager to lead their Network Infrastructure. Selected candidate will be be leading the voice network infrastructure support. Perm Opportunity with great growth potential.
Responsibilities:
– Responsible for the management of voice technology including IP Phone, Voice Recording and related SAN and Virtualization Infrastructure.
– Manage telecom vendors on various services and products including MPLS, Metro Ethernet, MDWM, ISDN, IDAP, T1 etc.
– Provides engineering consultancy by evaluating, designing and maintaining existing or proposed voice network systems more efficiently.
– Design voice platform deployment models standards, upgrade procedures, monitoring procedures etc.
– Plans and executes voice network infrastructure projects.
– Maintains and monitors voice services efficiency, performance and security.
– Analyze production outage trends and recommend long-term product fixes.
Requirements:
– Hands-on experience in Cisco voice products
– Knowledge and experience with Avaya products including Media Server Platform and Communications Manager.
– Strong IP Telephony Design and Implementation experience.
– Experience in inbound and outbound call routing and dial plan design.
– Experience in Call Center IP Telephony Architecture Design.
– Good Technical Project Management Skill.
– Strong academic qualifications and an engineering degree.
– Good Communication Skill.
