Our client, a leading investment bank, is looking for a Voice Network Services Manager to lead their Voice Services for the banking and trading services. The selected candidate will also be supporting their front office trading voice infrastructure. Great exposure and remuneration.

Responsibilities:
– Provide enterprise support on Voice, IP Telephony related network infrastructure including BT, IPC and Cloud9 etc.
– Provide technical support on mission-critical Cisco Network Voice Infrastructure (e.g. Cisco CUCM, Avaya) and Voice Recording Systems (NICE, Red Box, Verint)
– Work with global team on ongoing Network support, updates, upgrades, and implementation on a Follow the sun model.
– Collaborate with the business and technical groups in providing the right and aligned technical solutions.
– Support the network projects across the network resources, network equipment installation, testing, and UAT.
– Maintain and monitor voice and data network efficiency, performance, and security.
– Manage and coordinate with vendors on procurement, project implementation, and budget.

 Requirements:
– Around 7 years of experience with Voice Network Technology: Cisco IPT, NICE/NTR recording systems, etc.
– Extensive knowledge in Network Voice Engineering, network Voice design, or related Voice Network infrastructure.
– Experience with CCNP Routing and Switching, CCNP Collaboration.
– Experience in delivering IP Telephony solutions is a great plus.
– CCNP or CCVP is a plus.
– Good communication skills in English. You will be working in an international banking environment.
