Our client, a leading investment bank, is looking for a Voice Network Engineer to join their infrastructure team. The selected candidate will also be supporting their front office trading voice infrastructure. Great exposure and remuneration.

Responsibilities:
– Support the Voice, IP Telephony related network infrastructure including Etrali, iPC and Cisco IPT.
– Provide technical support on mission-critical Cisco Network Voice Infrastructure and Voice Recording Systems.
– Work with Vendors on ongoing Network support, updates, upgrades, and implementation.
– Support the network projects across the network resources, network equipment installation, testing, and UAT.
– Maintain and monitor voice and data network efficiency, performance and security.
– Manage and coordinate with vendors on procurement, project implementation and budget. 

Requirements:
– 3 years experience with Voice Network Technology: Cisco IPT, NICE/NTR recording systems, etc.
– Good knowledge in Network Voice Engineering, network Voice design or related Voice Network infrastructure.
– Experience with CCNP Routing and Switching, CCNP Collaboration.
– Experience in delivering IP Telephony solution is a great plus.
– CCNP or CCVP is a plus.
– Good communication skill in Cantonese and English. You will be working in an international banking environment.
