Our client, a leading global investment bank, is looking for an experienced Video Conference Technician with a proven track record of setting up / supporting multi-media equipment and working closely with business users.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist managers in A/V & video conference set-up and coordination
– Provide user support on Video Conference solutions
– Work with the global teams and vendors to define/deliver Video Conference solutions according to business needs
– Provide timely technical support on major VIP and high-profile events
– Provide capacity management and asset management on VC equipment
– Work closely with clients to build relationship and satisfy their requirements
– Provide computer training to new hires including VC, e-mail, Data Collaboration Tools, Office, etc
Requirements:
– At least 2 years of experience in operating/supporting Video Conference and multi-media equipments
– Extensive Video Conference knowledge
– Extensive desktop technology skills
– Excellent communications and presentation skills in English
– Highly motivated and ability to work well under pressure
– High level of troubleshooting and problem solving skills
This will initially be a 1 year contract with a potential to renew or covert to perm. Only local candidates already based in Hong Kong will be considered.
