An exciting opportunity for a highly talented UX/UI Creative Director to join a highly innovative team using the latest technology with international culture. Selected candidate will lead a small team and drive the development of UX/UI across IoT (Web / Mobile / Wearables etc). You will be working on some of the very innovative FinTech products with this successful enterprise.
Responsibilities:
– Lead a team of designers to create and design digital experience, create concepts and bring vision to reality.
– Work closely with a cross-functional team that includes engineers, creative team to develop simple, easy to use interfaces on both web, mobile and wearables applications (Windows / Mac / Android / iOS).
– Brainstorm, research, wireframe, design and refine user experiences – within specified product requirements and deadlines.
– Architect and perform usability sessions with key stakeholders and customers to get feedback.
– Deliverables include wireframes, workflow diagrams, interactive mockups, blue prins and prototypes.
Requirements:
– At least 10 years of related experience in the Design industry.
– At least 8 years experience in creative UX/UI design including user interface design, visual design on web and native apps.
– Team Leadership experience, ablility to counsel junior design in creating vision and concepts.
– Strong knowledge in interaction design, user experience design, brand development and digital market.
– Eager to learn and develop the most-latest technology and put innovative idea into practice.
– Excellent Communication skill and interpersonal skill, you will working in an English speaking environment.
– Bachelor Degree from a reputable University.
– Innovative Mindset. Think outside the box.
