Our client, a leading financial institution with key Trading infrastructure, is looking for an SRE Engineer for their ongoing production support and automation need. Great opportunities to work in one of the world’s prominent Trading platforms.

Responsibilities:
– Provide Production Support on existing mission-critical Trading Platforms and applications.
– Automate and streamline system health checks and daily operations
– Work with the development team to tackle the coding and scripting to integrate various application elements such as database and software to run on the system OS and infrastructure.
– Develop and implement automation and maintenance across the System environments.
– Perform system and network, design, implementation, monitoring, capacity management, and support.
– Optimize performance for applications.

Requirements:
– Around 3 – 7 years of Engineering experience in an enterprise environment.
– Good knowledge of Linux Servers environments.
– Extensive experience in automation using Ansible.
– Write automation script using Shell, Perl, and/or Python.
– Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin).
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
