Our client, one of the reputable Hedge Fund with growing business across Hong Kong and Europe, is now looking to hire a Trade Operation Analyst to join their team. Position will be mainly responsible for handling trade operations including daily Trade Execution, Settlement and Reconciliation in order to optimize operational workflow, with great exposure to multi-asset classes.

Responsibilities:
– Perform daily trade operation including daily Trade Execution, Settlement and Reconciliation
– Analyze data and information to identify business opportunities
– Daily production of internal NAV
– Execute systems enhancements and projects to optimize operational workflow
– Liaise with internal and external parties for settlement procedure
– Preserve technical knowledge through conferences and professional publications

Requirements:
– 1yrs+ of trading operations experience in fund houses, hedge funds or asset management firms
– Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
– Product coverage with a wide range of products including stocks and derivatives.
– Familiar with Python/Excel VBA for data analyzing
– Good command of written and spoken English, fluency in Putonghua is a plus
– Excellent communication and analytical skills
– Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
