Our client, a leading investment bank is looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to join their Asia Transformation Program group on building their Target Operating Model. The selected candidate will be driving the regional project delivery.

Responsibilities:
– Support the bank’s Programme Group in designing and building a new Target Operating Model (TOM).
– Understand the technology and operations to make sure the programme is being delivered in the right direction.
– Conduct the feasibility study, gap analysis, and impact analysis on the system changes.
– Lead and implement the projects from end-to-end delivery.
– Conduct user training and provide support to users.
– Coordinate production releases and provide post-implementation support on outstanding issues.

Requirements:
– Around 8 years of working experience with a major management consultancy or in the investment bank industry.
– Good knowledge of sales, trading, finance, operations, technology, and internal audit.
– Sounds Business Analysis skills across requirement collections, feasibility study, and gap analysis.
– Ability to establish good working relationships with business and senior stakeholders.
– Excellent writing skills to prepare project documentation.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Regulatory exposure is a great plus.
– Excellent communication skills in English. Chinese (Mandarin) would be a great plus.
– Bachelor’s degree from a reputed University.
– Immediately Available would be a great plus.
