– Respond to telephone inquiries from internal users concerning on technical support, process and procedures request.
– Record, resolve or direct request to appropriate technical teams, and follow up to ensure user satisfaction.
– 1 years experience as a Technical Support / Helpdesk or related area.
– Knowledge in computer hardware and software, including Windows Desktop, Active Directory, Windows Servers, MS OFFICE and E-mail platforms.
– Excellent verbal and written English Communications Skills.
– Proactive and positive attitude.
– University degree / Higher Diploma in IT related discipline. Fresh University Graduate will also be considered.
This is a permanent role. Shift applies with possible weekend including Saturday and Sunday.
