**With Chances for Relocation to Japan**

My client, one of the global technology companies who provide recruitment software in HK, they are now looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to join their team. Identified candidates will be responsible for liaising with Japan Country Manager, handling inquiries from external clients, software implementation/enhancement and troubleshooting under a global working environment. There will also be chances for Relocation to Japan.

Responsibilities:
– Work with external clients as a point of contact, understand and analyze product related problems and work towards the resolution.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, documenting ticket actions and resolutions.
– Organizing and relaying client feedback for change requests and issues
– Working with clients to find solutions in order to resolve deployment and technical challenges

 Requirements:
– 1-5years of experience in technical support area, also open to fresh graduate
– Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
– Fluent Japanese Speaking is a must, ideally with JLPT Japanese-Language Proficiency Test N4 or above
– Familiar with Linux command, MySQL, Apache, CSS, HTML, Java, Node.JS
– Excellent client management skills and able to prioritize, multitask and follow established procedures to attain positive results when resolving customer issues
