Our client is a global conglomerate and is looking for a bright and technically sound infrastructure specialist to support, monitor and implement various different infrastructure hardware, software and business systems across their different HK entities.

Job Responsibilities:
– To support and resolve escalated complex L2 and L3 application and system issues. Ensuring interim workaround and permanent solution are fully implemented for minimizing service impact to the businesses
– Conducting network system enhancements (design, review ) and partake in upcoming related projects.

Requirements:
– Knowledge in computer hardware and software, including Network, VMware,  Windows Desktop, Active Directory, Windows Servers, MS OFFICE and E-mail platforms.
– Experience in infrastructure related project management and network projects
– Strong analytical, problem solving, particularly in integrating and recommending various complicated IT / business solutions
– Good personality and able to work with senior stakeholders independently
– Bachelor Degree from a reputable University
– Communications skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (highly preferred)

– Independent and able to think out of the box
