Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking for a Technical Development Project Manager to manage their mission-critical real-time transactional systems. Great remuneration and benefits. Perm Position.

Responsibilities:
– Manage the application development team across the full SDLC including system analysis, design, development, and support.
– Manage the project schedule, scope, progress, and reporting.
– Monitor and evaluate the application platform’s effectiveness. Manage the platform maintenance and enhancement.
– Assist in project management and business analysis functions.
– Manage and streamline the workflow and review the overall technical effectiveness of the technical resources.
– Manage the project budgets and costs by reporting to the senior management.

 Requirements:
– Around 15 years of experience in banking or financial technology systems.
– Experience in payment, clearing, and settlement systems technology and workflow is highly preferred.
– System Development experience in Java/J2EE, Oracle DB, PL/SQL, and Unix would be a great plus.
– Good Object-Oriented Design and Development concept.
– Proven experience in project management, business requirement analysis, and application system development and implementation.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
– University degree in IT-related discipline.
