Our client, a leading insurance company, is currently looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to join their team.

Responsibilities:
– To maintain close communication with business users and IT teams to deliver new solutions that are applicable to business.
– Manage the delivery team for technical design & implementation for solution delivery.
– Bring in the agile framework in the solution delivery process.
– Manage sprint planning and execution which includes the management of project progress and providing status & visibility.
– Responsible for the delivery of solutions mainly to support the finance team and actuarial team.

Requirements:
– Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
– Minimum 5 years or above relevant experience
– Hands-on experience in solution delivery and system delivery in the insurance or finance industry
– Excellent planning skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
– Exposure to Agile methodologies.
– Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
– Knowledge of technology in frontend & backend development, API, DevOps, Data Lake, etc.
