Our client, one of the Top-tier Financial Software companies in Hong Kong, is now keen to meet with and hire a talented Technical Business Analyst to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Technical Business Analyst to join one of the leading Financial Software companies here in Hong Kong and gain valuable & hands-on experience executing and delivering projects.

Responsibilities:
– Produce Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications, Workflows and Business Process design;
– Management of Product Backlog: creating and expressing Jira’s and acceptance criteria clearly, ordering, and prioritizing Jira’s to best achieve business objectives.
– Work closely with Development and UX teams to ensure smooth and accurate implementation of business requirements, drive design, and help in prototyping new solutions.
– Assist with UAT and implementation support, perform user support and training;
– Perform data analysis to support business decisions;
– Transform analysis into requirement / functional documents, mappings and test cases;
– Gather requirements from stakeholders.

Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner. Experience in Financial Services is a plus.
– Strong IT culture with the ability to design data structures and message formats.
– Background in hands-on development of a scripting language (Python, JavaScript…).
– Background on data mining (SQL is highly desirable)
– Good team player with a strong commitment to strive for success.
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication in English.
