Our client is one of the leading providers of electronic trading to banks and financial institutions globally. They are currently looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their team.
– Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Development, Support) to be the single point of contact
– Provide project management and technical support to clients including monitoring/tracking progress for complex projects, documentation, L2/L3 support & application troubleshooting
– Bachelor degree (or above) in Computer Science or related discipline
– Minimum 3 years in a technical customer facing role (support, account management, project management, etc)
– Level 2 / Level 3 support, including log reading and application troubleshooting
– Excellent client services and communication skills (English & Cantonese)
Candidates based in Hong Kong highly preferred.
