Our client, one of the leading tech providers for the financial industry is looking for a technical, client facing Technical Account Manager to join their team. You will be working with an international team.

Responsibilities:
– Provide technical ongoing support for the trading and market data platform for the regional based clients.
– Build a long-term relationship with the clients and understand their business and technical vision in long-run.
– Work with client’s technical team on consultations and understand their technical requests.
– Work with internal technical team to drive the implementation and technical solutions.

Requirements:
– 5 years proven experience in Financial Trading System Support or Development.
– Strong understanding of the financial trading flow from front to back office.
– Excellent client facing skills.  Excellent English and Mandarin Communications level.
– Experience in Order Management / Trading Systems / Trade workflow
– Programming skills in Core Java, FIX or at least a background in Java/FIX is required
– Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skill.
– Bachelor degree from a reputed University.
