Our client, one of the leading solution providers for Banks, Hedge Funds and Asset Managers are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their team.
– Work closely with the clients as their single point of contact for all account related activities
– Ensuring top class levels of client satisfaction, maximising account profitability through existing customers and business development for new client accounts
– Must have a strong track record in Customer Relationship Management: taking personal ownership of assigned clients, working with them for requirements analysis and driving project deliverables (including strategies, proposals, and roadmaps)
– Proven business development skills: generating leads/business through new and existing client accounts
– Candidates must have technical knowledge of Wintel (Desktop, Server, Exchange, AD etc) and Network infrastructure
– Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
Candidates with less experience will also be considered for relevant roles.
