Our client, a leading global technology consultancy, with projects across global enterprises, is looking for a strong Technology Manager to lead their system integration projects in Hong Kong. The selected candidate will be leading the technical integration work. Great project exposure and opportunity.

Responsibilities:
– Lead large scale system integration technology project in large enterprise level clients.
– Facilitate the technical projects with different stakeholders.
– Understand the technical difficulties and details of the integration. Provide the integration plan, design, and analysis of the whole integration programme.
– Work closely with the stakeholder to understand the integration outcome, expectation and requirements.
– Analyze the technology details for integration including data structure, application architecture, and information architecture.
– Manage the end-to-end integration delivery across the whole SDLC.
– Manage the technical resources and facilitate the problems anticipated.
– Manage a strong stakeholders relationship to build a long-term trustworthy relationship. 

Requirements:
– At least 8 years experience in technology development across the whole SDLC in requirement analysis, design, coding, and testing.
– Strong enterprise technology exposure, understanding of application architecture.
– Experience in managing a development team and project team.
– Strong development experience in Java from framework to components design.
– PMP or Prince2 is preferred.
– Strong technology leadership, organizational, presentation, and client facing skills.
– Consultancy or SI background is preferred.
– Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or IT.
– Language skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
