Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking for a System Engineer with either experience in Unix, DBA, or/and Middleware to join their enterprise infrastructure team. The selected candidate would support their large-scale mission-critical infrastructure and projects. Great potential and remuneration.

Responsibilities:
– Provide and manage technical support with Unix, Database and Middleware in an enterprise environment.
– Manage ongoing implementation and migration projects.
– Responsible for infrastructure support and projects including administration, configurations, patching, upgrades, and deployment, etc.
– Manager the system capacity and disaster recovery planning
– Maintain high performance and high availability of the system infrastructure at all times

Requirements:
– At least 5 years of Systems engineering and administration experience.
– Experience of Unix/Linux Operating System (Solaris / AIX / RedHat).
– Experience with Database administration, flexible with DB2, Oracle, MS SQL, or Sybase.
– Knowledge of System knowledge including performance optimization, System tuning, Robustness, etc
– Experience with WebSphere Application Server, MQ, Oracle, and DB2 systems is preferred
– Knowledge and Experience in managing patching, migration, upgrade, installation, and configurations with a large enterprise environment.
– Good project management experience across implementation and deployment.
– Excellent Chinese and English Communications skills and interpersonal skills.

Note: Selected candidates do not need to know all the Infrastructure Systems across Unix / Database / Middleware. The client would provide training on other infrastructure areas.
