Our client, one of the leading and early technology adopters, are looking for an energetic Support Engineer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an young and dynamic team player to gain hands on experience in a cutting edge technology environment.
Fresh graduates will also be considered.
– Relevant experience and knowledge in a technical desktop/helpdesk role
– PC support, troubleshooting, installation, or upgrading the Windows desktop
– Experience using/administering Active Directory, Exchange & Outlook, Blackberry (Smartphones), or Microsoft Office
– Additional expertise in Networking (routers, switches, firewalls etc), Virtualisation, Anti-virus/Backup a definite advantage
– Good University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
– Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English (speaking to clients and senior management) and Cantonese (colleagues and vendors) very important
