Our client, a regional corporate bank, is looking for a Solution Architect to join their team.

Responsibilities:
– Provide valuable consultation and advice on system integration, product evaluation, and projects.
– Act as the main point of contact for the Tech Delivery line, ensuring efficient handling of Solution Design requests.
– Deliver high-quality engineering solutions for diverse platform requirements.
– Enhance value across technology streams by engaging stakeholders and recommending suitable solutions.
– Identify and address platform and system capacity/performance risks.
– Understand on-prem infrastructure usage and explore cloud migration opportunities.
– Utilize expertise in virtual environments to propose effective solutions.
– Communicate Infra Solution Design effectively to various forums.
– Advocate a Design and Build approach for robust architectural implementation.
– Align software requirements with tech standards through collaboration with the tech delivery line.
– Develop optimal infrastructure provisioning methodologies.
– Collaborate with vendors and country teams to align strategic direction.
– Establish best engineering practices through informed decisions, processes, and tools.
– Provide expert guidance for creating highly available and scalable production topologies.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
– Proven experience in solution design and architecture within the Banking industry.
– Strong understanding of system integration, product evaluation, and project delivery.
– Familiarity with virtual environments and cloud migration is a plus.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Proficiency in analyzing system performance and identifying bottlenecks.
– Experience with monitoring tools and dashboard customization is advantageous.
– Ability to provide expert guidance to development and support teams.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
– Previous banking industry experience is beneficial.
