Our client, a leading innovative enterprise with all kinds of different products, with business and offices across the whole region. They are expanding their internal social media platform and looking for a strong support engineer. Great exposure in an international environment.
– Manage and support the Jive platform, including creating custom objects and fields, handling data migration, and install / support app exchange applications.
– Provide HTML support in personalizing widgets and additional functions.
– Provide technical support and troubleshooting with end users.
– Familiar with Jive platform and understand their latest modules and features.
– Engage with end users including internal employees and senior management on the social media platform features.
– Provide training and presentations about the platform, how to use on desktop, mobile and tablet.
– Manage and handle support requests and work with IT teams on resolutions.
– At least 3 years experience in a technology supporting role, ideally with a web-platform environment.
– Jive platform experience will be highly preferred.
– Good technical background in managing a web-platform, using CMS module.
– HTML coding experience is highly preferred.
– Good understanding of Web Architecture.
– Outgoing, willing to engage users. Potential to be a future Community Manager.
– Good communications skills in both English and Cantonese, spoken and written, able to talk to all level.
