Our client, a leading global financial firm, is looking for a Transition Manager to lead/run their offshore processing center transition program.
Responsibilities:
– Manage tasks required to transition people and process to new locations
– Ensure that project objectives are met while ensuring other requirements including scope, budget, schedule, resources, quality, risk, and others
– Manage stakeholders through the transition and provide critical decision making with sponsors
– Develop accurate and implementable project plan and budgeting
– Define project quality, risk, communication and change management plans
– Work with procurement and legal teams and manage Vendor relationship during the project
– Prioritize, manage, carry out and distribute tasks; Ensure that deliverables meet the appropriate standard
– Ensure proper communication between all relevant parties within a project
– Lead project team to perform all project tasks and deliverables within time and budget; Be responsible for project delivery
Requirements:
– Must have proven experience in managing outsourcing / offshoring transitions
– University degree in Business, Finance, IT (or related fields) are preferred
– Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Cantonese or Mandarin fluency is preferred
– Knowledge or experience in insurance business across product is preferred (sales, customer relations, operation, reporting)
– Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
