Our client, a leading bank is looking for a production support for their Settlement platform. You will be working with the business team to provide technical support.

Responsibilities:
– Provide production support for high-performance Settlement and Operations systems for FX, Equities Derivatives, Investment products (Stocks / Unit Trust / Mutual Funds / Bonds)
– Work directly with business clients to build trusted relationship and provide timely technical/functional support.
– Work with the development team regarding long-term support issues and improvements; Proactively find ways to improve the long-term stability of the Treasury platform.
– Take ownership of production issues and provide incident management.
– Work with the development team to provide feedback on interface design.
– Provide project management as necessary (capacity, performance, upgrades, reporting, documentation)

Requirements:
– At least 5 years of application / production support for the Settlement and Operations platform.
– Independent and mature.
– Proficient in the following technical skills: Java, VB.Net, MS SQL, and Oracle.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
