Our client, one of the leading investment banks in Hong Kong, is now keen to meet with- and hire a bright ServiceNow Executive to join their team to assist and support ServiceNow as they ramp up their coverage of the platform across the region.

Responsibilities:
– Implement, administer, configure, and develop on the ServiceNow platform.  Provide daily support to users for established workflows on ServiceNow.
– Build and develop necessary workflows based on user requirements collected from the Business Analyst.
– Participate in the full development lifecycle, including coding, system testing, UAT, and deployment.
– Assist in the annual upgrade of the ServiceNow version.
– Build ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and other statistical analysis data for senior management.
– Provide support and administration for SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
– Update content on the corporate website

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related discipline); or comparable industry experience.
– Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of development experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PowerShell Script and/or SQL.
– Knowledge of ITIL is a plus.
– On-the-job training for the ServiceNow platform will be provided.
– Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese.
