Our client, one of the leading investment banks here in Hong Kong, is now keen to meet with and hire an experienced individual to join their team and help support, administer and enhance their ServiceNow platform for the firm.

Responsibilities
– Act as a system administrator to ensure the service availability of ServiceNow
– Support Help Desk on any ServiceNow-related issue.
– Engage with vendor on ServiceNow upgrade and patch management
– Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, in ServiceNow
– Act as a focal point to communicate with ServiceNow
– Support new customer onboarding by using ServiceNow
– Creates and maintains process and knowledge documentation for team and users
– Utilize ServiceNow Import Templates for the loading of data
– Data entry from source documents into the ServiceNow database
– Data extracted from ServiceNow into Import Template format or other formats for reporting

Requirements
– University degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology (or related discipline)
– 3 to 5+ years experience in the IT Industry, including:
— hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platforms such as system configuration, workflow automation, administration and reporting is a plus
— proven experience assisting the development and delivery of ITSM solutions
— prior technical support experience for the infrastructure environment of a large and sizeable enterprise/organisation
– Knowledge in IT Service Management, ITIL Foundation certification (or above) would be a plus
– Certification in ServiceNow System Administrator would be a plus
– Experience in developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Web Services, HTML and CSS would be a definite advantage.
