
Our client, a world leading cloud solutions provider from the US, are now looking for a number of Service Delivery / Technical Account Managers to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong technical expertise in Cloud, IT Infrastructure and IT Service Management to join a diverse team that is rapidly growing as cloud adoption continues to accelerate and expand across Asia.
Responsibilities:
– Be the main point of contact and dedicated resource for all clients and customers for service delivery, incident management and technical project management (including sales engagements, technical implementation and project delivery).
– Client account management including business reviews, account reviews, service delivery monitoring / evaluation / improvements, and growing and expanding the firm’s business with the client.
– This is a high profile, client facing role in a very competitive industry where the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction are key as the firm continues to grow and further establish itself in a cutting-edge industry.
Requirements:
– Between 6 – 8+ years’ experience in a Technical Account Management or Service Delivery role.
– Strong experience in a customer service-oriented role, working with internal IT teams to deliver client requirements such as technical implementations, delivery and support.
– Strong technical knowledge in either AWS or IT Infrastructure (Networking, Data Centers, OS (Windows / UNIX / Linux) etc). Candidates with AWS knowledge will be considered for the AWS Account Manager. Candidates with expertise in IT Infrastructure will be considered for the Technical Account Manager.
– Strong client account management skills including service delivery, incident management and business reviews. Candidates will also need to build strong relationships with the clients and internal IT teams, frequently acting as the bridge between both parties.
– Any team lead experience will be a big plus. The hiring managers are keen to find suitable candidates who are ready to step up and take a lead role (mentoring, guidance and increased client account management responsibilities).
– Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills. Non Mandarin speakers will be considered for the Service Delivery Manager.
