My client is a leading bank, they are looking for a Server Infrastructure Platform Lead to manage their overall infrastructure projects and services. Exciting role with a sizeable infrastructure scale and ongoing projects. A challenging position with managerial responsibility.

Responsibilities:
– Responsible for the Server Infrastructure management and operations across all the technologies including Unix/Linux, Windows, Middleware, etc.
– Lead the infrastructure team to resolve bottlenecks, weaknesses, restrictions, and security concerns imposed by the current infrastructure setup.
– Establish an infrastructure support framework for the system and network across change management, availability management, capacity management, asset management, and configuration management.
– Lead the project team on large-scale infrastructure projects with smooth delivery and implementation, matching the requirements and expectations.
– Ensure the infrastructure solutions meet functional and technical requirements with design and planning for future maintenance, cost, performance scalability, and compliance.
– Work with external vendors and service products across project development and system maintenance.
– Establish and maintain a collaborative relationship with the technology team, business, IT teams, and service providers.

Required skills/experience:
– Extensive working experience in managing large-scale infrastructure in a financial services environment.
– Extensive experience in leading infrastructure service implementation and delivery.
– Recently team management and IT management experience.
– Solid experience on IT server platforms (e.g. Mainframe, UNIX, Linux, Windows etc.) services;
– Sound technical knowledge across server computing, networks, security, middleware, virtualization, and patch management.
– Strong project management experience in driving large-scale infrastructure projects.
– ITSM experience in managing IT services and incident management
– Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
