Responsibilities:
– Lead the design and development team globally to create and prototype web & user interfaces using Java / JSP / Spring and MySQL.
– Test user interfaces compliance across multiple web browsers, mobile devices, and tablets.
– Drive improvements to user experience and best practices.  Adopt the latest web technologies.
– Explore ways to increase SEO opportunities.

Requirements:
– 3+ years experience in the design and development of user interfaces, ideally with a small team management experience.
– Strong experience using Java / JSP / Spring / MySQL.
– Strong knowledge of design principles, usability, web standards, and responsive design.
– Experience with SEO desirable.
– Bachelor degree from a reputable University.
