Our client, a leading financial institution in Hong Kong, is looking for a User Acceptance Testing Manager to join their technology transformation team. Responsibilities:
– Develop and build test strategies for UAT
– Prepare UAT plans (resources, schedule, test case etc.)
– Lead the testing function in the development division and drive testing governance plan for best practices.
– Work with the project manager and business users to define the testing scenario, test cases, and test plans.
– Perform user training
– Support post-implementation maintenance
– Prepare documentation on functional requirements and specifications which detail system implementation and operations.

Requirements:
– 3 years of experience or above in UAT position.
– Strong experience in driving test plans and test cases.
– Working experience in a banking or financial environment is preferred.
– Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
– Bachelor’s degree from a reputed University.
