This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced QA / Test Manager to join a well established bank. Selected candidate will focus on bringing in new test strategies and processes to improve the quality of the software systems. Great exposure and growth potential.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and adopt effective and efficient testing approaches and techniques
– Manage the testing of the Core Banking re-engineering project and develop test strategies, test plans and test cases
– Estimate and manage the timeline and resources of large scale test projects
– Design and implement new testing procedures and tools for the Bank
– Lead and manage an offshore team of few hundred testers

Requirement:
– 12+ years of experience in system analysis & design, testing and solutions implementation, focusing on testing processes, methodologies and management
– 8+ years in a management or lead role – with proven track record in delivering software improvement initiatives
– Strong experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and vendor management in finance industry
– Experience with various test methodologies, tools and toolkits: Functional, Automated, Performance
– Stakeholder management experience, ability to influence business users and senior management
– Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage
– Bachelor degree in IT from a reputed University
