Our client, a leading enterprise with a large technology portfolio, is looking for a Senior Test Manager to lead their testing planning and strategies. The selected candidate will drive a high-quality testing delivery for a large technology portfolio.

Requirements:
– Lead a sizeable testing delivery team to provide testing shared services for a large technology portfolio development work.
– Review the test planning and strategies, across all SAT testing activities to ensure quality software release.
– Manage test projects portfolio across resources planning, scope, budget, and schedule.
– Manage the test environment, team resources, stakeholders management across multiple test projects portfolio.
– Constantly challenge the testing team across testing methodologies and approaches to maintain a high quality of testing services.
– Contributes to the testing best practices across the firm.

Responsibilities:
– At least 12 years of IT experience in software development and testing.
– Recent years of team leadership or project management experience.
– Strong understanding of QA methodologies and approaches across SAT.
– Experience with various test methods, tools, and toolkits: Functional, Automated, Performance etc.
– Excellent stakeholder management skills to work with all levels of people.
– Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
– Bachelor’s degree with an IT / Computer Science domain.
