Our client, an elite global investment bank, is looking for a senior technology risk professional with proven experience in Asia regulations. Excellent remuneration and exposure to grow.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee a wide aspects of technology risk management including risk assessment, identification, monitoring, control, mitigation for the bank
– Contribute to and develop/implement information security policies, standards, processes
– Manage/Coordinate regulatory responses to inquiry, inspections, audits in relation to technology risk;
– Be up to date with technology regulatory changes and provide coordination, gap analysis, and remedial actions
– Contribute to and design information risk assessment programs
– Facilitate assessments and data analysis to help identify information technology related risks, and ensure remediation actions
– Provide training and awareness of information risk and security policies, standards and best practices.
– Monitor information technology threats, coordinate incident responses, and escalate to management / relevant parties
– Coordinate independent assessments for the Bank
– Provide/Coordinate the information technology risk oversight reports

Skills / Experience Required:
– 7-10+ years of relevant experience in technology risk, information security, audit and/or regulatory risk
– Strong understanding of financial industry, information technology risk, Hong Kong (HKMA) and Singapore regulatory environment
– Experience of information technology methodologies, controls and industry standard frameworks (ITIL, COBIT 5, and ISO 27001)
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
– Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
– Ability to draft accurate and comprehensive written documents in English tailored to the audience
– Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple demands/priorities; Detail oriented
– A proven track record in global and cross team projects. Strong project management skills
– Strong analytical skills required to enable independent research and accurate assessments of risk management
– Willingness to travel occasionally
– Fluent in written and spoken English.
– Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC would be preferred
