A very successful start up is looking for an Experienced Software Development Architect (potentially a CTO) and a Technical Delivery Manager (Delivering IT projects). Selected candidates will be leading their technology development with various new initiatives and delivering key software projects. They are working on some large scale innovative development across mobile and web

Responsibilities:
– The Software Development Architect will manage system development, release and support of some of the latest technologies across Mobile (Android / iOS) and Web (Angular)
– Design and develop the digital roadmap and strategy.
– As part of the responsibilities on the Project Delivery side, this person will manage the delivery of Mobile and Web related projects (mostly built using the Angular framwwork)
– Manage the application architecture design and implementation. Provide leadership on detailed application design.
– Manage and ensure system quality, compliance and security controls.
– The candidate will also act as a product manager to determine the development cycle with DevOps model.

Requirements:
– At least 7+ years of software development and team management experience (this person will manage a distributed team of 15)
– Development management experience in enterprise web (AngularJS) and mobile platform technology (native / hybrid)
– Experience with application development in Mobile Technologies (iOS / Android)
– Knowledge of Angular, NodeJS, iOS Development and RESTful will be a plus.
– Sold SDLC management experience, with experience in DevOps would be an advantage.
– Excellent command of written and spoken English. Cantonese good to have
– Bachelor degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science from a reputable University.
– Excellent leadership skill and team management experience
