My client, a promising FinTech Platform providing business and revenue, is looking for a senior site reliability engineer to drive the automation of the production environment. You will ensure the availability, latency, scalability, and efficiency of the large application platform. Large exposure and rare true engineering opportunity.

Responsibilities:
– Act as a Production Environment Owner, with an in-depth understanding of the initial design phases, Ensure the continuous high availability of the platform.
– Investigate Production issues and problems. Provide timely troubleshooting.
– Develop and maintain automation tools for production problems investigation.
– Provide Capacity Planning and understand the future needs.
– Provide Automate deployment and configuration management.
– Facilitate continuous integration/continuous deployment

Requirements:
– Hands-on experience in production deployment and release management.
– Exposure to Linux / Unix environment and advanced knowledge and experience of automating / scripting tasks is essential
– Distributed system knowledge applicable to a microservice architecture.
– Knowledge of operating systems, networking, distributed computing, cloud computing.
– Programming experience in Python.
– Public cloud management experience using AWS with Hashicorp Terraform.
– Container Management and container orchestration experience – Docker, Kubernetes.
– Experience managing and/or developing applications using JVM-based languages such as Java/Scala/Kotlin.
– Familiar with configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible, or Saltstack is preferred.
– Strong understanding and practice Agile/Lean projects SCRUM, KANBAN etc.
– Excellent English communication skills.
– Bachelor Degree from a reputable University
