Responsibilities:
– Lead the design and development of the back-end platform based on Ruby on Rails.
– Lead the Architecture design, roadmap of the application platform. Ensure it supports the future scalability and development of the architecture.
– Be innovative and open your mind, you will be developing a lot new awesome ideas.
– Review the technology platform to perform optimization and code refactor to enhance Security, Scalability and High Performance.
– You will be mainly working on Ruby on Rails. Prior experience on Ruby is not a must, but you must expect to learn and pick it up quickly.

Requirements:
– Strong development and architecture experience in Ruby on Rails.
– Development experience in Node.Js, Java, Python, Javacript, C# is highly preferred.
– Strong understanding of software architecture, data structure, design pattern, OOP etc.
– Experience with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, REST API.
– Experience in NoSQL or SQL Database.
– Experience in Agile / Scrum development methodologies is highly preferred.
– With an innovative mind-set, think outside the box.
– University degree from a reputed university.
– Excellent fluency in English and Cantonese.
