Our client, a leading publishing and media firm, is looking for an experienced online marketing and product development manager to join their Recruitment Services Team. This a strategic management role overseeing multiple teams of marketing, editorial and product management staff to plan, drive and develop existing and new businesses.
– Work with management in developing and executing strategies to grow the recruitment services and advertisement businesses in Asia
– Lead the marketing and product management team teams to market all recruitment related publications and websites to advertisers and users and help drive revenue and profit
– Develop and execute cutting-edge, digital marketing programs to promote all the brands and products in the portfolio.
– Support the sales team in developing sales collaterals, engaging customers through CRM programs and executing events and product distribution
– Lead marketing team to develop event and seminars ticket sales and sponsored revenue through organizing career-oriented seminars and exhibitions
– Share revenue responsibilities with the Recruitment Services business unit
– A professional management person with extensive experience in online business development and digital marketing
– Good knowledge in print and digital products to engage internal product managers and technical departments
– Sound knowledge in internet and other IT technologies in product development and execution of digital marketing campaigns
– A holder of Bachelor degree or above
– Fluency in English and Chinese is a must (both spoken and written)
– Experience in media industry and exposure in digital marketing and advertising agency, online portal
– Exposure in China market is desirable
– Strong leadership to lead multiple internal or external teams to achieve strategic objectives
– Highly innovative and creative to leverage the latest technology platform to maximize business performance
