
Our client, one of the leading law firms in Hong Kong, are now looking for Senior Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their IT team. The selected candidate will be part of a team responsible for supporting firmwide users (including lawyers, senior partners, VIPs, top management etc). You will also be joining a very stable team with excellent career prospects.
Responsibilities:
– Provide first- and second-level Helpdesk support for all users across the firm.
– Technical escalation point for junior helpdesk engineers.
– Hands-on role including installation, systems testing and day-to-day support covering end-user desktop and applications including email, Microsoft Office, virtual desktop (Citrix), document management systems, MS Project etc.
Requirements:
– Between 4 – 6 years experience as Helpdesk / Technical support in a Professional Services environment (Legal / Law Firm experience a plus).
– Knowledge in computer hardware (PC, laptop / notebook and mobile & handhelds) and software including Windows Desktop, MS Office, Outlook / Notes, and back-end administration (Windows Server, AD, Exchange, networking).
– Experience supporting other applications such as document management systems, case management systems, PowerWord or Microsoft Project a big plus.
– Proactive and positive attitude. Excellent customer service oriented mindset.
– Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin a plus).
– Bachelor / Higher Diploma in IT related discipline.
